Zentai Zone

I have had a suit for a little while and have barely ever worn it. I decided to wear it out last weekend and almost immediately my glove on my right hand ripped and a gold formed in the boot of my sole if possible I would like to get sent replacement parts to fix my suit because I find it very annoying that my suit broke after only a few uses. Please email me back if you can send replacement gloves and shoes with soles.

Made an order and specified I needed it done for a certain date. It wasn't until a couple days the finally respond saying they got my order and file.

I sent them the print file through wetransfer and I get a notification email saying the file has yet to be downloaded, and after a certain amount of days the file will disappear. This puts me into a panic and I contact them saying to cancel my order as it's already pressed for time and if they haven't even looked at the file I would rather get it done somewhere else. They say they would issue me a refund, but days pass and nothing came.

So I finally had to open a paypal dispute to get my money back. Customer Service is unprofessional and lacking, never ordering from here and don't recommend others to.

The suit I got from this company fits like a glove and it's worth it for any Spidey fan,.I asked a croch zipper on it but you can hardly see it.I'm really surprised on how fast the suit came, the quality and customer support.you know the shipping is an international shipping and I got my suit in about 5 days(of course,paid expedited shipping). The suit is awesome and it looks very authentic.I was worried if it would fit at first but the result was so happy!!

I definitely will recommend them to anybody who love this kind of suits/costumes.

I was looking for a monkey style bodysuit for the coming party. I can not draw any draft, so 2 online stores turn me down.

Finally i find a similar one on zentai-zentai.com. The one on their How to custom page. It looks like a custom suit from their client. So i tried to describe the suit i was looking for with their custom service representative.

They made a draft based on my description and it looked great so i placed the order. 15 days later i got the costume, i have to say it is awesome! I love it.
